Conseil d'utilisation
Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to drink the kombucha within a week.
You can filter the herbs or keep them, it's up to you.
Always keep in the fridge.
You may notice a deposit at the bottom of your bottle, this is completely normal, these are the active yeasts in the kombucha.
When first opened, the sparkling wine may cause a slight overflow and sometimes none at all.
